TriStar Security Services is always looking for qualified security officers across Oklahoma and New Mexico. We staff our contracts with active and retired law enforcement officers and military veterans — people who already have the training, the discipline, and the judgment to do this work at the highest level.

What we’re looking for: Active or retired law enforcement officers, military veterans, and individuals with current state security officer certification (armed or unarmed). Specific certification requirements vary by contract, so even if you’re not sure whether you qualify, reach out — we’ll figure it out together.
Where we’re hiring: We have contracts across Oklahoma (McAlester, Elk City, Broken Bow, and surrounding areas) and New Mexico (Albuquerque metro). If we’re not operating in your area yet, let us know where you are — we’re always growing.
